# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • Everything people adore about taco night transformed into an irresistible finger food
  • The creamy ranch tang cuts through the seasoned beef creating this perfect balance that keeps everyone coming back for just one more
02 -
  • Hot beef will separate your cream cheese mixture so let it cool for at least five minutes before combining
  • Phyllo shells get soggy faster than tortilla scoops so plan to fill and bake them within an hour of serving
03 -
  • Buy two packages of phyllo shells because they are fragile and you will inevitably crush a few
  • Position your oven rack in the upper third so the cheese gets beautifully golden without overcooking the shells
