01 - In a medium bowl or jar, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
02 - Add almond butter to the oat mixture and stir until fully blended and smooth throughout.
03 - Gently fold in mini chocolate chips and chopped nuts (if using) until evenly distributed.
04 - Cover the bowl or jar securely with lid. Refrigerate for minimum 6 hours, preferably overnight, to allow oats to soften and flavors to meld.
05 - In the morning, stir oats thoroughly. If mixture appears too thick, add a small splash of milk to achieve desired consistency.
06 - Serve oats chilled. Top with additional chocolate chips or drizzle with extra nut butter if desired.
